About Professionals Striving to Make a Difference

This group initially started in Michigan during the Kerry-Edwards bid for the White House. We were created to support and campaign for Senators John Kerry and John Edwards. As Leader of both groups I started as a Kerry-Kaptain, a Precinct Captain and worked directly with The Senators Advanced Team. My experience was wide and varied. I first met Senator Kerry during the first Democratic Candidate Debate held in Detroit. After watching the candidates campaign for months..I decided that Senator Kerry was that one candidate whose beliefs and agenda I supported. It was later that I started working full-time to get my candidate elected. I first met Senator Edwards during his first trip to Detroit after he was selected as Senator Kerrys running mate. The experience gained was immeasurable and unforgettable.

Because of my passion for the political process and strategic planning...I am bitten by the bug...and this is the passion that drives me to lead a group that cares about this country and understand that they too can make a difference, Congress works for us not vice versa.

Our first goal was to help the Democrats take control of the House and the Senate...I am proud to say..MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. Our next goal is to Take the White House back.

While waiting for the kickoff of the Presidential campaigning, we meet monthly and discuss current events, aspiring candidates and their credentials, issues important to Americans such as Health Care, Education, Unemployment, Child Welfare..... We are planning seminars on AIDs awareness, Prostate Health, Breast Cancer detection, and how to converse with your Doctor to ensure that you get the best health care.

Basically we are a group of people who care, we care about our families, we care about each other, we care about this planet. We want to ensure that there is a planet left for our grandchildren. We care about the elderly...are they eating, do they have their medication, and what can Washington do to make sure that they do.


As an extension of the political things we do, we periodically read and discuss current books and movies, we hope to in the future support various restaurants around the metro area while sampling cuisine from different cultures and networking at the same time.

Summer will be an important time for us as we can move our social events outside to such venues as Atlantic Station has to offer and Phipps Plaza. We will be seeking jazz clubs and maybe a little bit of dancing while we take care of serious business.
